It uses imported special grade rubber for tight fitting. And it also uses a Philip Gallium Lodine Lamp, giving extra long service life and even light distribution. It is the ideal light source for burning ordinary, extra thick and fine halftone printing plates.

Screen exposure machine -Feature: This precision exposure has the advantage of fast start-up and accurate timing. It is capable of self-programming operation, and can achieve satisfactory results even for those techniques which require extra care. Extra large exposure can be made to measure to meet customer specifications. The machine is equipped with an automatic air release are completed in one operation without the need to repeatedly turn the lamp on and off. In this way the service life of the equipment is prolonged, and the accuracy of the plate burning timing is maintained at the highest level. Exposure timing can be set via a control device; The exposure utilizes a shutter which opens automatically to expose the plate.
